1. Introduction

Welcome to Comfort Boys PG. By staying at or using our facilities, you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions listed below. These policies ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living environment for all residents.

2. Admission & Documentation

  • Valid ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, or DL) is mandatory during check-in.

  • Full payment of advance/deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Management reserves the right to accept or deny admission based on availability and guidelines.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Monthly rent must be paid on or before the due date.

  • Delayed payments may attract late fees as per policy.

  • The security deposit is refundable, subject to room condition and notice period compliance.

  • Electricity charges (if applicable) will be billed separately.

4. Notice Period

  • A 30-day prior notice is required before vacating.

  • Leaving without notice will result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. Room Rules & Usage

  • Rooms must be kept clean and well-maintained.

  • Damages to property (furniture, appliances, fixtures) will be charged to the resident.

  • Subletting or allowing others to stay in your room is strictly prohibited.

  • Cooking inside rooms is not allowed for safety reasons.

6. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed only in designated areas and during permitted hours.

  • Overnight guest stays are strictly prohibited.

  • Residents are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

7. Food & Dining

  • Meals are provided as per scheduled timings only.

  • Wastage of food should be avoided.

  • Personal cooking inside rooms is not permitted.

8. Security & Safety

  • The premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.

  • Residents must carry their access keys or IDs at all times.

  • Any suspicious activity should be reported to the management immediately.

9. Cleanliness & Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping will be provided regularly for common areas and rooms.

  • Residents must cooperate with cleaning staff during scheduled timings.

  • Littering in common areas is strictly prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly banned inside the PG premises:

  • Alcohol, drugs, or smoking

  • Loud music or disturbances

  • Illegal activities of any kind

  • Tampering with electrical or CCTV systems

  • Misbehavior with staff or other residents

Violation may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

11. Internet & Appliances

  • Wi-Fi is provided for personal use only.

  • Illegal downloads or misuse of the internet is prohibited.

  • Personal appliances (heater, induction, etc.) may not be allowed without permission.

12. Personal Belongings

  • Residents are responsible for their personal items.

  • The PG is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of belongings not deposited with management.

13. Check-Out & Room Inspection

  • Rooms will be inspected before checkout.

  • Any damage, missing items, or excess dirtiness will be deducted from the deposit.

  • Keys and PG property must be returned during checkout.

14. Modification of Terms

Comfort Boys PG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through notice or email.
